MC Property & Maintenance started in 2019 as a small property management and maintenance business, founded by Max and Courtney Murphy. What began as a way to take care of our own rental properties quickly grew as more people in the community needed reliable property services.
Over the years, we’ve expanded to offer garage door services, commercial snow removal, and general contracting, but our approach hasn’t changed—we believe in honest work, quality service, and treating every property like it’s our own.
